1. Do I have to wear socks at Tik Tocs?
Yes, you do have to wear socks at Tik Tocs. We strive for hygiene and if socks are not worn, you cannot prevent slide burns to the backs of your ankles. This also stops children from walking backwards up the slides. If you forget your socks we sell embroidered Tik Toc socks $4.50 per pair.
2. Where is Tik Tocs?
Tik Tocs is located at Unit 2, 9 Enterprise Circuit, Prestons.
Our nearest cross street is Wonga Road, Lurnea. Tik Tocs is a new street and is not in all street directories.
3. Can I Bring Food to Tik Tocs?
No. Tik Tocs is a Full Cafe & Eatery facility. We have inside and outside dining areas. Only food purchased at Tik Tocs may be consumed in these areas. However, you may bring baby food in for your infants. Tik Tocs reserves the right to ask you to remove any food brought into the centre. Tik Tocs does cater for Halal and Vegeterians. Tik Tocs is based on continual play. Players must remain on the premices.
4. Why Do I Pay $4.00 as an Adult for Entry?
Tik Tocs charges $4.00 entry with every adult that enters. You receive a complimentary soft drink or 350ml water. You can also enjoy full warmth in winter and full air conditioning in summer.
5. Can I Leave my Children and Return Again Later?
No. Your child must be supervised at all times. You can go outside, however, you must leave an adult to supervise your child at all times.
6. Can We Leave and Return Later?
No. You cannot break your play time. It is based on continual play.
7. Does the Structure Have Supervisors on Weekends and School Holidays?
Yes. Tik Tocs always has supervisors, although we are not a child minding facility. We do not look after the children. You are responsible for your child at all times. Your child must obey the rules at all times.
8. Can I Bring in My Own Birthday Cake?
YES you can. There is $15 handling fee on all cakes which includes plates, spoons and serviettes. We will handel the cake for you and serve when requested.
You can arrange a Wendy’s Icecream cake through us for $49.00. This is delivered to Tik Tocs. We also have a Chocolate Sponge Cake or a Peter’s IceCream Cake which is always on the premices for $20.00.
9. What is the Age Limit to Play?
We are all young at heart. There is no age limit as long as you obey the rules at all times. Tik Tocs does reserve the right to leave the play area if any of the rules are broken. See entry prices.
10. Are Adults Allowed on the Structure?
Yes. If adults want to play, they pay the casual play rate for adults as Tik Tocs believes that adults should be able to have quality time playing with their children.
Safety is our first priority at Tik Tocs. Adults wishing to play have to obey our safety rules. Tik Tocs reserves the right to ask any one to leave if they don’t obey the conditions of entry. Adults also must wear socks.
11. If My Child is Invited to a Party at Tik Tocs, Can They Bring Their Siblings?
Yes you may bring your siblings. They will pay the casual entry play rate, although they will not be allowed to join the party.
12. Can I Bring My Pram to Tik Tocs?
Yes you may bring your pram, although, at Tik Tocs, we would prefer you did not bring your pram. Due to space requirements, it would be appreciated to consider a stroller or capsule.
13. Is There a Play Area for Toddlers Only?
Yes. We have an Under 4s area specially designed for toddlers.
They have their own play gym, ball pit, tubes, slides, cubby house, jumping castle, puzzle mats, push along cars.
