Refund and cancellation policy
This page sets out how deposits, payments, rescheduling and cancellations work for bookings with Tik Tocs Party & Play Centre, as published on our Book Online page.
Deposits and payments
- A deposit holds your booking, with the balance due 7 days before.
- Deposits paid online through our Book Online page are processed by PayPal.
- We also accept credit card, bank transfer or payment in person.
Rescheduling
Reschedules are free up to 7 days before your booking.
Cancellations
- If you cancel within 7 days of your booking, the deposit is forfeited.
- If you need to change a booking at shorter notice, call us on (02) 9607 0888 and we will work with you.
Your consumer rights
These booking terms apply alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission explains those rights at accc.gov.au.
