Common questions
What ages do you cater for?
Kids aged 1 to 12 are welcome. We have age-appropriate zones — toddler-only soft play, separate climbing areas for 5+, and the foam pit / obstacle course for 7–12.
Can I drop my child off and leave?
Yes — that’s exactly what vacation care is designed for. Our trained, WWCC-checked staff supervise the kids all day. We have low ratios, sign-in/sign-out logs, and emergency contact protocols. You can also stay if you prefer.
What does a typical day look like?
9am drop-off → free play in the venue → 10:30 themed activity (e.g. pirate treasure hunt) → 11:30 free play → 12:30 hot lunch → 1pm rest/quiet zone → 2pm second activity → 3:30 snack → 4pm free play → 5pm pickup. Themes change daily.
Do you provide lunch?
Yes — hot lunch is included with all day passes. We accommodate common allergies (gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free) — let us know on booking. You can also BYO if your child has specific dietary needs.
What if my child gets hurt?
All staff are first-aid certified. We have a quiet first-aid room on-site. For anything beyond a minor scrape we call you immediately. We’re 4 minutes from Liverpool Hospital.
Can I book just half a day?
We offer half-day passes too — call us and we’ll work out the right fit for your family.
