Information you give us
Online bookings
When you book through our Book Online page, the booking form asks for:
- your first and last name, email address and phone number
- the birthday child's name and age, and optionally their date of birth
- your suburb and postcode
Deposits and payments made online are processed by PayPal. You enter your payment details with PayPal, not on our website.
Vacation care enquiries
The quick booking enquiry form on our Vacation Care page asks for your name, phone number, the number of children and a preferred date.
Phone and email
If you call or email us, we receive the details you choose to share with us.
How your information is used and where it goes
- Booking details are kept in the booking system on our website so we can manage your booking and contact you about it.
- Enquiries from the Vacation Care form are emailed to our team at [email protected].
- Booking and enquiry details are also passed to a lead management system run by Evosion, the company that looks after our website, so that every enquiry can be followed up.
- When someone taps one of our phone numbers on a mobile, the website records that a call button was tapped and on which page, and passes that to the same system. It does not record your phone number.
